You will:
- Work with the HR Manager to lead and manage all HR aspects of transformation and service re-design projects.
- Act as the main adviser to services on change processes, providing expert guidance on job design/evaluation, structures and working practices.
- Offer advice on complex employee relations matters and manage case work related to transformation.
- Gather and analyse data to support management decision-making and minimise risks.
- Ensure there is effective communication with stakeholders such as unions, that they are appropriately involved in transformation processes.
About you
You will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in supporting organisational transformation and change. You will thrive in complex environments, supporting senior leaders to achieve objectives. Your expertise in employee relations and change management will be crucial in supporting the delivery of successful transformation projects. You will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD and have excellent IT skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience of working in the public sector would be beneficial.
