Job Advert 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, permanent Building Services are looking to recruit a highly motivated resource and scheduling planner to join our existing team.
As part of the team you will assist in the delivery of one of the key functions of the service.
The successful candidate would work as part of a team who are responsible for the effective and efficient planning/scheduling of our operational staff carrying out repairs, maintenance and compliance work to West Lothian Council properties.
The post involves working to tight deadlines whilst ensuring that our customer’s needs are met and they receive an excellent customer service.
You should be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate excellent organisational, communication skills and IT skills.
