The postholder will leadership to the Customer Service Team which processes school admissions (early learning and childcare (ELC), primary and secondary including the appeals process, complaints, Freedom of Information (FOIs), Subject Access Requests (SARs), complaints handling and direct services to parents/carer’s and schools which are based in the Civic Centre, Livingston. The successful candidate will require to hold a business related qualification (HNC/SVQ3) or demonstrate relevant experience working within local government and of managing a customer service team.
