West Lothian Council is looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to support key services within Housing Operations.
You will process Garden Waste Permit applications, support the Garden Maintenance Scheme, and assist with pest control tracking and carry out other appropriate administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate records, checking eligibility, producing basic reports, and providing excellent customer support to tenants and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process applications and verify eligibility
- Maintain and update records across council systems
- Support scheme administration and tenant reviews
- Assist with pest control tracking and reporting
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Carry out general administrative duties
- Standard Grade (or equivalent) English and Maths
