It\’s an exciting time to join us as we are expanding our voids team and increasing our in-house resource to carry out repairs & maintenance activities to bring the properties to lettable standard for reletting.
The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It\’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you\’ll have the support of a great team!
You should be passionate about customer care, Health and Safety and take pride in the quality of your work.

- You will work a 9-day fortnight working Monday to Friday (36hours) and have a rota day off every second Friday.
