Building Services is seeking to recruit highly motivated Team Leaders to support the successful delivery of repairs, planned maintenance, and contract works. This role will operate across all three service areas, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and coordinated approach to service delivery.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and project management of works programmes. You will ensure all activities are fully resourced, equipped, and scheduled prior to commencement, enabling delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.
You will lead and manage Team Coordinators, operatives, and external suppliers/contractors, ensuring that both capital and revenue programmes are delivered in a safe, planned, and efficient manner.
A key focus of this role is driving continuous improvement and modernisation across the service. You will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timescales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
