Job Advert 36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 31 July 2028 An exciting opportunity has arisen in Education Services for a Customer Service Manager.

The postholder will leadership to the Customer Service Team which processes school admissions (early learning and childcare (ELC), primary and secondary including the appeals process, complaints, Freedom of Information (FOIs) and direct services to parents/carer’s and schools which are based in the Civic Centre, Livingston.

The postholder will ensure that service policies are subject to regular review and update, and to identify gaps in the service’s policies, and the advice and guidance available to Headteachers/Mangers and parent/carers and other service users across Education Services.

The successful candidate will require to hold a degree level qualification and have relevant experience managing a customer service team.

Candidates will require to demonstrate experience in managing budgets and experience of leading and delivering change (in particular IT projects).
