Inveralmond Community High School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic individual who is committed to improvement and excellence. The successful candidate will support the vision for the school and implement strategies to achieve this vision. This is a key post which comes at an exciting time for education and the school. Inveralmond Community High School is a comprehensive non-denominational school situated in the Ladywell area of Livingston and serves a cluster of six primary schools. The school roll is around 1000, and it is a very supportive environment with a relentless focus on driving up standards.
The School provides a broad education for young people from first year through to sixth year. We are looking for someone to support our visions and values and support our school community in a clerical role.

Pupil learning is key, and we encourage all pupils to be involved in the wider life of the school. As a Community School, we have outstanding facilities. These include sports facilities such as a swimming pool, two floodlit all-weather pitches, dance and drama studios, as well as ICT suites and a multi-media library. These are all available to our pupils during the day and after school.
This post requires a Disclosure Scotland check. This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by West Lothian Council.
