Broxburn Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Clerical Assistant to join the School Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, creative and passionate person to work in a busy office environment. We believe that our office team is the heart of the school.

You will deliver a first line enquiry service to all internal and external school contacts and play a key role in assisting the Admin Assistant to ensure efficient support in the operation of all administrative processes within the school. You will also be required to assist senior staff by providing accurate, up to date information in various key areas including finance and pupil information.

The working week will be Monday – Thursday 8.15am – 3.30pm and Friday 8.15am – 12.45pm.
