Building Services are looking to recruit a highly motivated time served Builder to join our existing team. You should be a qualified Builder (qualifications in either of the following trades: roofing, plastering or bricklayer) and should be capable of providing a high quality of building service across all our properties. This will include emergency, routine, planned programmes and change of tenancy repairs in void properties.
You should be passionate about customer care, Health and Safety and take pride in the quality of your workmanship. You will have the opportunity to participate in the council's out of hours emergency service. For this you will receive an additional payment.
