36 hrs per week, 39 weeks per year - Permanent x 4 posts. Posts available at Inveralmond CHS, Bathgate Academy, St Margaret's Academy & Broxburn Academy. Please indicate on your application which post(s) you want to apply for.

The post-holder will be based in the area secondary school and will be the lead officer for business support functions within a number of schools in the local area to establish, maintain and develop management information systems to support financial, staffing, property, health and safety, and resource management.

The post-holder must be able to demonstrate previous experience operating at a senior level within an education setting. It would be essential for the post-holder to have experience of budget management/monitoring, human resource management, health and safety, and of line managing a team.

The post-holder must be educated to SCQF Level 7 or provide equivalent qualifications in a business-related subject. A degree or professional qualification in finance or human resources would be highly desirable.
