An opportunity has arisen to join the Head of Service support team. You will work closely with the Head of Housing Customer & Building Services, providing comprehensive administrative support and will provide cover to other Head of Services during periods of leave.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries from both internal and external customers, resolving and responding to these on behalf of the Head of Service. You will be also be responsible for maintaining relevant filing systems, provision of management information, correspondence, reports and other documentation as required by the Head of Service.
Experience of in similar role is essential. As you will be expected to exercise high levels of initiative and flexibility in responding to the demands of the role. You require excellent written and interpersonal skills, and must be able to work to challenging deadlines in a confidential environment.
