Armadale Academy is a six-year comprehensive school that serves over 1000 students in the Armadale/Blackridge and Bathgate area. We offer the full range of National Qualifications found in a modern Scottish secondary school. The school has approximately 80 teaching staff and departments are organised under the direction of a Principal Teacher Curriculum responsible for each Curricular Area. Armadale Academy offers the opportunity for all students to succeed. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the support team in the school office as an Administration Assistant. The post holder will assist in the effective implementation of all administrative and financial functions within the school, e.g. prioritising, multi-tasking, devising new administrative systems to capture data and produce reports, meet deadlines and targets set and controlled by school year/events.
