Salary: Grade 1 Points 2-4

West Lothian College is looking to appoint a Catering Assistant.
Working within the college’s Campus Café, you will be required to prepare basic hot and cold snacks, undertake counter and till duties and organise trays for buffets. You will also assist with cleaning and washing up, whilst adhering to food safety regulations.
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, and possess a good general education. You will be required to either have, or obtain, an elementary food hygiene qualification, whilst previous experience of working in a café environment and knowledge of cash handling is desirable.
The shifts to work are sessional*, as follows:
Monday & Tuesday: 07:45am – 3:00pm
