West London Storage Ltd operates a growing network of secure open yard storage sites across London, providing outdoor storage solutions for containers, vehicles, plant, scaffolding, building materials and commercial fleets. Our customers include logistics operators, construction companies, scaffold contractors, vehicle operators and growing businesses that require secure outdoor storage space.
Due to continued expansion we are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow occupancy across our sites and bring in new tenants.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound enquiries for yard storage
- Generating new leads and approaching potential customers
- Arranging and conducting site viewings
- Negotiating storage licences and pricing
- Converting enquiries into long-term tenants
- Building relationships with logistics firms, scaffold companies, builders and contractors
- Working closely with management on occupancy levels and new site opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (property, logistics, storage, construction or similar sectors)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- A proactive and organised approach
- Confidence dealing with business owners and operators
- Full UK driving licence
