Are you looking to work flexible shifts in West London? West London NHS Trust is currently recruiting to our bank pool of Security Assistants to assist in facilitating & completing necessary works, whether planned, reactive, or long-term projects.

As a Bank Security Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and secure working practices are maintained by Estates staff, contractors, and colleagues. You will be part of the Clinical Security Department in the West London Forensic Service (WLFS) of West London NHS Trust (WLNT). The roles focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Being able to work in a team environment is paramount, but we are also looking for candidates who can use their own initiative. A confident communicator comfortable dealing with all relevant stakeholders is essential. We offer weekday shifts, which are easy to view and book through the Allocate app by the Security Coordinator. We provide extensive induction and ongoing support to all bank staff.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that yourself and contractors/staff work within policies, procedures, and safe working practices set by WLNT. You should contribute to personal development, suggest improvements, and understand all related policies and procedures.
