Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Band 7 Safeguarding Children Practice Development Lead to support frontline services across the Trust, with particular focus on the needs and priorities of Hounslow Services, with wider links to Ealing and Hammersmith & Fulham.

This key leadership role offers expert supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff managing complex safeguarding cases.

You’ll work closely with multi-agency partners to promote high-quality, reflective safeguarding practice. If you\’re an experienced health professional with strong safeguarding expertise and a passion for improving outcomes for children, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Lead the implementation and embedding of evidence-based safeguarding models, policies, and national guidance across services.
  • Strengthen multi-agency collaboration by working closely with partners, including Hounslow Children’s Services, to promote coordinated and effective safeguarding responses.
  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing to safeguarding audits, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives.
