The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We have a 1 WTE post for a Highly Specialist Group Psychotherapist, split equally across the Cassel Inpatient and Outreach Services (0.5 WTE to each). This structure is well suited to job sharing. Postholders may work within either service or across both; however, we would prefer to recruit dedicated 0.5 WTE Group Therapists to each service. This approach maximizes engagement with the particular questions facing each individual nservice and allows our new colleagues to bring focused creativity.

You will join a multidisciplinary team committed to creating a safe space where some of the most challenging internal and external experiences can be explored thoughtfully, fostering deep understanding. The post holder(s) is/are expected to:
Work autonomously as a senior clinician within professional guidelines and the overall framework of West London NHS Trust and the Cassel\’s policies and procedures.
Provide an efficient, effective and highly specialist psychoanalytic group psychotherapy service, assessing and treating adults with severe, complex and persistent mental health needs, usually diagnosed with personality disorder, and contributing to ongoing risk assessment and risk management.
Actively contribute to the Cassel Hospital\’s culture of enquiry, co-operating fully with the various multi-disciplinary teams which together make up the Cassel Service.
Facilitate and maintain a strong audit and research culture in the promotion of service and policy development.
