We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Maintenance Engineering Manager (Projects) to join our dynamic Estates maintenance team at West London NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the planning, delivery, and management of a wide range of Estates maintenance related operational capital and building refurbishment projects across our estate. You will play a key role in ensuring our buildings and infrastructure support the Trust's clinical and operational needs -- now and into the future.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of capital projects, from feasibility to completion and handover within Estate Maintenance Directorate.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, clinical teams, contractors, and external consultants.
- Prepare business cases, procurement documentation, project plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory building engineering regulations and NHS guidelines.
- Contribute to sustainability goals and ensure projects meet environmental standards.
