About the role

The post holder will be the administrator for the Neurodevelopmental Team based at Heart of Hounslow. Managed by the CAMHS Admin Lead, the role requires strong relationships with the CAMHS admin team and will work day‑to‑day with the NDT multidisciplinary team, Tier 2 admin team and other professionals within NDT and Specialist Hounslow CAMHS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of admin support to the team: sorting and dealing with correspondence, filing, photocopying, typing, archiving and referral tracking.
  • Book appointments in Clinician’s RIO Diary, assign young patients to clinician caseloads.
