We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Trainer - Retail, Hospitality and Employability Lecturer to join our team at the West London Retail Skills Hub. This role is ideal for an organised and motivated educator and industry specialist who can plan and deliver high-quality, inspirational teaching and training to learners, employees and employers. You will bring current industry experience into your delivery, promoting active and inclusive learning while meeting the needs of a diverse learner cohort.
You will deliver retail, hospitality and employability provision from Entry Level to Level 4, including apprenticeships, commercial programmes and HNC/D provision, where appropriate. A strong focus will be placed on learner attendance, engagement, progress and achievement, ensuring successful outcomes in line with agreed KPIs. The role also plays a key part in promoting the services of the West London Retail Skills Hub, developing employer relationships, and supporting local businesses and communities through high-quality skills provision.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong teaching and organisational skills, up-to-date industry knowledge, and the ability to engage learners and employers while contributing to the growth and reputation of the Hub.
