About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer to join the Marketing and Student Recruitment team at West London College. In this key frontline role, you will provide a welcoming, friendly and efficient one-stop-shop service for Admissions, Enrolment and Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). You will support prospective and current learners throughout their journey, ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting service standards, KPIs and audit requirements. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with reception services, curriculum teams and marketing colleagues to help drive the conversion of enquiries and applications through to enrolment and progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing applications and enrolments
- Arranging interviews and assessments
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting recruitment events across the College
- Undertaking fee assessments
- Cashiering duties
- Providing first-point-of-contact support for learner enquiries
