About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Student Recruitment and Admissions Advisors to join our Marketing and Student Recruitment team at West London College. In this role, you will provide a friendly, proactive and customer-focused communications service, supporting prospective students, parents/carers and stakeholders throughout the application and enrolment journey. Acting as a first point of contact, you will respond to enquiries across multiple channels, including telephone, email, online platforms and face-to-face interactions. You will also support proactive outbound communication activity to encourage applications, bookings and enrolments, while undertaking associated administrative tasks to ensure records are accurate and service standards are maintained. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider College, particularly during peak periods such as events and enrolment. You may be required to travel between College sites and work occasional evenings and weekends to meet business needs. We aim to recruit staff who are enthusiastic, organised and committed to delivering an outstanding experience for our prospective learners.
