About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Apprenticeships Liaison and Employer Support Officer to lead the sign-up and induction process for apprentices. This role ensures high-quality service delivery from initial contact through to the completion of apprenticeships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the effective sign-up process for apprentices.
- Ensure all enrolment paperwork complies with college policy and ESFA requirements.
- Facilitate pre-enrolment/induction sessions and ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain regular contact with apprentices, employers, and training teams.
- Liaise with Business Development, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure effective enrolment and support.
- Handle apprenticeship enquiries and provide necessary follow-up.
- Promote safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety in line with College policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
- Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and a busy office environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Gmail, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships and student data systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
