The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lecturer in Hospitality and Customer Service to join our Inclusive Learning department at Hammersmith campus. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Hospitality and Customer Service programmes, supporting learners to achieve their full potential. The role involves classroom and workshop-based delivery, learner support, assessment, and contribution to curriculum development, ensuring provision remains industry-relevant and aligned with awarding body requirements. Where appropriate, you may also take responsibility for leading a study programme or course, including curriculum design, quality assurance and learner outcomes.
The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching, learning and assessment across Hospitality and Customer Service programmes, adapting delivery to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Plan and prepare high-quality lessons, schemes of work and learning resources aligned with curriculum objectives, awarding body requirements and inclusive teaching practices.
