Salary: £39,794 - £40,853 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team at West London College. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a responsive, high-quality HR service that supports the College's strategic objectives. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will manage a broad range of employee relations casework and provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff across the organisation. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, coach and support line managers on people management matters, and ensure College policies and employment legislation are applied consistently and effectively. The role also involves contributing to HR operational planning, reporting on service effectiveness, supporting training delivery, and maintaining accurate records using the HR system (MHR - iTrent). We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR professional who is committed to continuous improvement and delivering an excellent service.
