About the role:
You’ll be providing an effective, efficient, customer focused fabric maintenance service, ensuring equipment is maintained safely and in compliance with statutory regulation and guidance, ensuring maximum availability to support teaching and learning activities. You’ll demonstrate a range of skills across carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, plastering and furniture repair. In order to ensure minimal disruption to college operations, you’ll need to prioritise your own workload and proactively deal with issues. You’ll be dealing directly with teaching staff and contractors to good organisational and communications skills will be key to success.
