Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ESOL teaching and learning to learners and provide an outstanding learner experience.
- Contribute to curriculum development within the department.
- Be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students as part of the learner support process.
- Use innovative and creative teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials to motivate learners.
- Lead and coordinate the delivery team to ensure effective and cohesive teaching practice.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching with up-to-date knowledge of curriculum delivery.
- Ability to inspire and engage learners throughout their time with West London College.
- Experience in leading and coordinating a delivery team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and compliance with employment checks as part of the recruitment process (NB: Enhanced DBS including Children's Barred List, Right to Work in the UK, satisfactory references, medical fitness where required, and relevant qualification verification).
