An exciting opportunity has arisen for Exams Invigilators to support the delivery of examinations and assessments across West London College. The role involves overseeing examination sessions in line with awarding body and College regulations, ensuring that candidates are correctly identified, seated, and issued with the appropriate test materials. You will maintain exam conditions, including preventing communication between candidates and ensuring electronic devices are not used. Invigilators will monitor exam timings, support candidates with approved examination arrangements (such as extra time or supervised rest breaks), collect and safeguard exam scripts, and report any issues to the Examinations Team.
Responsibilities
