About The Role
Calling all patisserie pros! If you’ve got hands-on industry experience and have already taught pastry techniques in a professional or educational setting, we want to hear from you. At West London College, you’ll inspire the next generation with your chocolate tempering, tart-finishing, and cake-decorating skills. Deliver dynamic, practical lessons, prepare learners for competitions and work placements, and embed professional standards throughout. You’ll join a supportive, energetic team shaping tomorrow’s talent—one perfect profiterole at a time!
