West London Co is seeking an Inclusive Learning Team Leader to join the Inclusive Learning Department at Hammersmith and Southall campuses in London. You will coordinate learner support for students with SEND, safeguarding, wellbeing, and staff coordination, ensuring timely assistance and high-quality service. The role is term-time only (40 weeks per year) with London weighting included.

The ideal candidate will oversee Learning Support Assistants, liaise with external agencies, and contribute.
