About the role: West London College is looking for an ESOL specialist Lecturer and Programme Lead to join its Skills Pathway Department, delivering ESOL courses to Adult Learners. We are looking for an exceptional lecturer with a track record of consistently delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support our learners’ progress. If you are enthusiastic, creative and committed to ensuring an outstanding experience for our learners, we would love to hear from you. You must be available for an immediate start.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for creating suitable materials relevant to the curriculum, planning and delivery of the course. They will also have excellent practice and understanding of Equality and Diversity as they will work with learners from a wide range of backgrounds. The post holder will be responsible for keeping accurate records and handling information with sensitivity and confidentiality. They will have experience in building and managing professional relationships with managers and staff throughout the College.
