Reporting directly to the Data and Funding Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the College’s learner records, registers, and timetabling data.You will lead the Data and Funding Team in applying quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and compliance with funding audit requirements. Working closely with colleagues across the College, you will provide advice, guidance, and training on enrolment, ILR (Individualised Learner Record) processes, and funding matters.This role also involves:* Leading on ILR production and conducting data quality audits.* Coordinating funding returns for external agencies such as DfE, GLA, and Student Finance.* Supporting curriculum planning, timetabling, and enrolment processes.* Using systems such as PDSATs and FRM reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.* Actively supporting staff with data queries and offering training as required.This is a vital role within the College, supporting effective curriculum delivery and ensuring funding is maximised through accurate and timely data management.To be eligible to apply for this role, you must possess the relevant qualifications listed in the Person Specification.
