We are recruiting two Tenancy Sustainment Officers to join our newly established Tenancy Sustainment Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service designed to provide early, intensive support to tenants at risk of losing their tenancy.

You will work directly with tenants who may be experiencing complex or challenging circumstances, providing person‑centred support to help them sustain their tenancy and live independently. The role involves managing a caseload, carrying out home visits, assessing risks and support needs, and working closely with internal teams and external partners such as health, social care and voluntary agencies.
