We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our Independent Living team, someone who shares our commitment and motivation to make a difference. Ideally, you will have experience of working with older people and understand their needs.
With constantly changing priorities, you will be self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision and able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with customers, ideally in a social housing environment. You should be a great communicator with excellent IT skills, which you will need to help provide an excellent and efficient service.
In a busy and challenging environment, you will provide a range of housing support services that enable residents to remain living independently in their homes; and will link with local services to prevent social isolation and promote health and wellbeing.
