What you’ll do:
- Support teams in tenancy management, property letting, homelessness, rent collection, repairs, and more
- Handle customer enquiries, visit properties, and help sustain tenancies
- Gain hands-on experience across Neighbourhoods, Tenancy, and Property services
What we’re looking for:
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals
- GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4–9 / A–C) or willingness to complete Level 2 Functional Skills
- Basic MS Office skills
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and not be enrolled in other public-funded training
