Your Role! As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness who are living in temporary accommodation or accessing the Rough Sleepers Support Service. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and monitoring of designated temporary accommodation, ensuring it is safe, well‑maintained, and effectively used. Alongside this, you will provide practical and person‑centred support to residents, helping them access appropriate services and move towards more stable housing. A key focus of the role is to help prevent and reduce rough sleeping across West Lancashire by engaging with individuals, building trust, and enabling them to access the support they need during a challenging period in their lives.
About You! We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and committed to making a difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and engage effectively with individuals who may have complex needs.
