We are seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer responsible for managing Tenancy Sustainment plans and working with vulnerable residents who require additional support both from internal services and external partners to help to maintain their tenancies.
You’ll need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as lots of compassion. You’ll have some knowledge of adult safeguarding and child protection protocols, welfare benefits, and providing support to vulnerable individuals and be able to work in partnership with external agencies such as local authorities, Social Care Services, Mental Health Services and the DWP to get the right help for residents who are struggling to manage their tenancies.
The successful candidate will also need a clean driving licence and the use of a car.
