We are looking for an Income Recovery Officer to join us on a fixed‑term contract. The successful candidate will need excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as compassion. You will have knowledge of welfare benefits and work in partnership with external agencies such as local authorities and the DWP to get the right help for residents who are struggling to pay their rent. Good levels of numeracy and literacy are key, as is an interest in income recovery and housing law. Although it is always the last option, you will either have experience with, or be willing to learn the court process for arrears. The successful candidate will also need a clean driving licence and use of a car.

The role is based at our Swanley office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full‑time employees attending the office two days per week.
