We have a great opportunity for someone who wants to build strong business administration skills while making a genuine difference. The role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Social Value and Communities team and plays a key part in helping us deliver initiatives that create positive outcomes for local communities.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, from supporting community projects and partnerships to helping track and report on the impact of our social value work. Alongside this, you’ll work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, developing practical skills, confidence and experience in a supportive environment.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, approachable and keen to learn. You’ll enjoy working with people, feel comfortable juggling different tasks, and have a genuine interest in communities and social value. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and willingness to get involved are key.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks office, with some flexibility required to attend community events across West Kent. Hours: 37 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required, time off in lieu will be provided.
