We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Home Ownership team and support the successful sale of our homes. With a well-established development programme, we continue to deliver a steady pipeline of high-quality new homes across Kent, giving you the opportunity to play a key role in our goals.
This is a customer focused role where you’ll help people find a home that’s right for them, managing enquiries through to offer stage and ensuring a smooth and supportive customer journey throughout. You’ll work closely with internal teams, developers and external partners to deliver sales performance.
We’re looking for someone with experience in residential sales, who is confident engaging with customers and stakeholders, able to manage a busy and varied workload, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

This role is based in our Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees attending the office twice a week.
Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle with business use insurance
- Willingness to travel regularly to sites across Kent
