We’re looking for two friendly, organised, and professional individuals to join us as Reception Administrators in a job-share. This is a key front-line role, providing a warm welcome to residents, visitors, contractors, and staff, and ensuring our reception runs smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone who can be flexible to provide cover for the other shift during holidays and sickness.
As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver excellent customer service, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, and provide essential administrative support across the organisation. You’ll also support Health & Safety processes, including inductions and keeping key documentation up to date.

The role will be based at our Sevenoaks Office. This role is offered as a job share, with two Reception Administrators jointly covering the service. One role will cover the mornings, and one will cover the afternoons. Applicants must be flexible and willing to provide cover for both shifts as required, particularly during periods of annual leave, sickness, or other absences, to ensure continuous reception coverage.
- Morning shifts: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 12.15pm, 17 hours 30 minutes per week, £12,585.34 per annum
- Afternoon shifts: Monday to Friday 12.15pm to 4pm, 18 hours 45 minutes per week, £13,304.50 per annum
