We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Empty Homes Officer to help bring our empty properties back into use quickly and to a high standard.
You’ll manage empty homes from tenancy end through to re-let, working closely with internal teams and contractors to reduce turnaround times and void loss. The role includes monitoring progress, attending weekly void meetings, coordinating utilities, supporting decants, and ensuring homes meet our Home Standard.
You’ll have strong communication and organisational skills, experience delivering a customer-focused service, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident IT skills are essential. A full driving licence with access to a car is required.
