The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Contract Officer to co-ordinate the day to day running of repairs related works including day to day repairs, fire precaution works and damp and mould. You will be responsible for managing the performance and delivery to the required contract specification. Reporting to the senior contract manager you will help shape the services offered to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

With a good understanding of repairs, you will be responsible for identifying trends, monitoring customer contacts and tasks, processing works orders to completion and managing payments. Good knowledge and experience of managing projects would be of benefit. Confident and calm you will be able to present your reports and findings to the senior contract manager. You will also be expected to chair and manage operational meetings with clear outcomes to support the Governance of the partnerships.

You will also be someone with outstanding IT skills, attention to detail and experience in either housing, construction or project management.
