The Business Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Compliance and Asset Management services. Working in partnership with the Property and Assets team, the role will lead a review of compliance and property safety activities, mapping end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assessing how technology can best support operational and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Head of Business Design, the postholder will combine compliance expertise, process transformation and strategic thinking to develop a clear roadmap and robust business case that supports future service and system investment, enabling the delivery of safe, efficient and customer-focused services.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees averaging two days in the office per week.

Full-time, 37 hours, Monday- Thursday 8:45am- 5:15pm and Friday 8:45am- 4:45pm.
