We are seeking an Asset Management Officer to play a key role in supporting the Property Asset Manager to:
- Plan improvement works using data to inform decision-making and priorities
- Support Decent Homes, EPC and Net Zero targets
- Keep our property information and systems up to date
- Work closely with teams across the Property Services Directorate
