The predicted salary is between 16228 - 22719 £ per year.
We are seeking a Scheme Manager to support residents to maintain their tenancies by assisting with low level anti-social behaviour issues, queries about repairs or renting, and helping new tenants settle in.
The successful candidate will understand the issues facing older people and work closely with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes. You will be self-motivated, with an energetic approach to engaging with tenants on an individual and group basis, to meet their aspirations around socialisation, healthy living, and well-being.
You will ensure the health & safety compliance within the schemes, including building security, fire checks and inspections of communal areas, so that residents are secure and safe.
You need to be a great communicator, and able to form relationships with a wide range of people. You will be able to work well under pressure and use your own initiative. You will also have excellent time management skills, in this fast-paced varied role and able to effectively prioritise and manage your time, including being able to regularly travel between sites, which will be a daily expectation.
