The predicted salary is between 55000 - 77000 £ per year.
We're looking for someone to join our thriving Development Team to deliver a range of new-build and regeneration projects in Kent, in line with our exciting Growth and Regeneration Strategy.
You'll be responsible for managing West Kent owned land and Land led new build development projects, so you'll have a good knowledge of project management, collaborative working and the planning approval process.
You'll be working with our partners and stakeholders including landowners, developers, planners, legal advisors, valuers, architects, and be writing regular reports for our board and executive team, so you'll need to have great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
You should have been working in development some time, and ideally have a professional qualification in construction, surveying or project management. Not essential but a passion for placemaking, design and planning with a good understanding of the NPPF would be desirable.

Location Details
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working. The successful candidate will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle to visit development sites and pursue new opportunities for development across Kent.
