We are seeking an Employment and Skills Manager to lead our employment and skills team, supporting West Kent tenants access employment and training. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, as well as experience of developing and delivering employment support services. You will have experience of delivering services that support people further from the jobs market into employment. You will have excellent partnership and networking skills, with the ability to identify and build key partnerships for the benefit of West Kent residents. Ideally you will also have experience of identifying and accessing external resources and funding for employability services, along with experience of successful service delivery. Flexible and part-time working requests will be considered.
