The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to support the team with the day to day running of contracts including day to day repairs, fire precaution works and damp and mould cases. You will be responsible for providing support to the team to manage the performance and delivery to the required contract specification. Reporting to the senior contract manager you will help shape the services offered to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
With a good understanding of repairs, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer contacts and tasks, processing works orders to completion and working with our contractors and other stakeholders. You will need to be confident and calm in your approach and able to prioritise your work. You will also be expected to minute operational meetings with clear outcomes to support the Governance of the partnerships.
You will also be someone with outstanding IT skills, attention to detail and experience of administration in either housing, construction or project management.
